“I feel like life is just passing me by”

I hear this almost weekly from people I coach, or friends and family. And yes, I also say it when I look in the mirror. Luckily not very often (anymore)! Because after a lot of practice (with myself as well as with others) I know how to take control. In other words I know how to develop my personal leadership.

Personal leadership enables you to bridge the gap between potential and performance. You bring out the best in yourself and take control. The good news is: everyone can learn this!

It’s time to take control and become the director of our own life. What inspires you? What gives you energy? The answers to these questions will give you direction and will ensure that you can bring the most out of yourself.

The first step to personal leadership is selfknowledge. Know what you’re good at and know what your points of development are. If you know what your values, ambitions and talents are and you know how you can put these to use, you can be really valuable. In a team or organisation but also in your private life.

Content of this masterclass:

  • Your internal motives, both professionally as well as privately.
  • What do you want to achieve?
  • What do you need for that?
  • Effective self management.
  • Personal effectiveness and personal entrepreneurship.

In this masterclass you will get to know yourself better. This way you’ll be in a better position to follow your own path and to react based on your values, ambitions and talents.
