As a Somatic coach I have the expertise to realize lasting change based on science. With somatic coaching I approach the whole person during the session: the language, the body posture, the emotions and the mind are all part of the coaching conversations.
During the coaching sessions you are invited to pause, think about yourself and really see yourself. Supported by honest observations, we work together on your awareness to act as your authentic self. Instead of short-term inspiration (compare it to the new years resolution to exercise more), we work together on a change that will last. During the coaching process I am not only your practice partner, but also your thinking and feeling partner.
