We start with a comprehensive assessment of your team or organization, using our corporate sociology approach to create a corporate sociogram. This assessment isn’t just about checking boxes (which policies do you have, are you meeting your quota?), it’s about understanding the real stories of the people in your organization.

We delve deep into each team member’s narrative or ‘shaping story’: their unique collection of experiences. We explore whether they feel included, heard, and empowered to thrive. We look at the strength of connections between people, the presence of role models, and the context in which they work. By capturing these narratives, we gain a comprehensive understanding of your organization’s social fabric.

This in-depth assessment, conducted over approximately six months, leads to your team or organization’s personal Insight Blueprint, a focused, actionable document that highlights both the challenges and the opportunities for fostering a more inclusive environment. This blueprint is not a report, it’s a roadmap to meaningful change.

Following the assessment and the Insight Blueprint, we design and implement targeted interventions. For example, if our assessment reveals a high level of unconscious bias that’s impacting both leadership effectiveness and employee wellbeing, we might recommend our popular Yes, you are biased workshop, combined with interventions from our leadership and employee wellbeing programs. Leadership, DEI and wellbeing are the three focus areas that are critical to your organization’s success. These areas are often interlinked, and our approach ensures that no aspect is addressed in isolation.

All our interventions are embodied, meaning they engage IQ (cognitive intelligence), EQ (emotional intelligence), and BQ (body intelligence).
