Doors Open – Institute for Corporate Sociology

Imagine this: You walk into your office and it just feels right. People are collaborating, ideas are flowing, and there’s a sense of purpose that drives everyone forward.
This isn’t just luck.
It’s the result of understanding how social relationships, cultural norms, and group dynamics shape behavior within your organization.

At Doors Open, we believe that the heart of every thriving organization is its people. Our Focus Areas
Over two decades of experience, dozens of clients and countless programs with thousands of participants have taught us that three pillars are crucial for an organization and its people to thrive. These areas are often interlinked, and our approach ensures that no aspect is addressed in isolation:
Embodied Leadership
Our science-backed methodology shapes authentic leaders who inspire trust, adapt to challenges, and drive sustainable success within their teams and organizations.
Employee Wellbeing
An organization is only as healthy as its people. We know how to make employees excel both personally and professionally.

Embodiment is (y)our superpower
At Doors Open, we approach learning and development with a whole-system perspective. Grounded in sociology, neuroscience, and biology, we uncover the social and personal dynamics within your organization, allowing to create true transformation through embodying the change you envision.
Our unique embodied methodology integrates IQ (cognitive intelligence), EQ (emotional intelligence), and BQ (body intelligence) to drive lasting behavioral change. Embodiment goes beyond learning—it’s about living your principles daily. From your words to your interactions and presence, everything aligns with your values, even under pressure. When embodiment becomes who you are, it creates genuine, lasting impact.

Think clearly. Feel deeply. Act with intention.
This approach ensures that organization leaders and teams operate at their best, thinking clearly, feeling deeply, and acting with intention.
If you want to know more about embodiment, visit the Strozzi Institute, where our founder was trained and certified.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we tailor our strategies to meet the unique needs of each organization, ensuring that the changes we implement together are sustainable and impactful.
Meet the team
